Steam is required to disperse the essential oils so your shower should be as warm as possible.

Place a steamer on the floor of your shower and allow warm water to run over it until it activates (begins to fizz) then move it away from water stream and let the aromas invigorate your senses! Note that steamer will dissolve quickly if left in direct stream.

Steamer may also be placed on a ledge in your shower for an close up experience and longer lasting use. Just pour water over it to activate it.
